Once you have submitted your application, a
charge will applied for cancellation. No fee can
be refunded after invitation or telex
confirmation has been issued by the Russian
Foreign Ministry.
Extra charges apply for any changes to your
order. Confirm the price before sending fax with
request.
Please send us requests for cancellation or
changes in your application by fax only.
