CentreInvest Inc. both has completed its registration as a securities broker/dealer with the United States government▓s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and has gained membership to the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), the self-regulatory organization of the United States securities industry. As a SEC registered company, CentreInvest Inc. is allowed to provide a variety of services to US and international clients, including trading corporate and government securities, conducting private placements, advising on mergers and acquisitions, and offering mutual funds.
