For a project funded by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), CentreInvest Soft developed a Standardised Information Management System for the RF State Anti-Monopoly Committee.═ The information system is based on VisualDoc, the company's customised software, and enables its users to process documents in several branches, gather information and prepare data reports and accounts.═

Commissioned by Yuganskneftegas, CentreInvest Soft designed a computerised financial management system (SAPFIR) enabling the company to keep a centralised record of all internal payments.═ The system enables Yuganskneftegas to optimise the tax efficiency of internal financial settlements, to expedite the flow of funds and to facilitate the financial planning function. All payments to and from the company's more than 60 structural units pass through this system.═ The economic return on the use of the system reaches RUR 400 billion a year.═ At present, a similar system is being developed for another major oil company: Tatneft.═

As part of its continued co-operation with leading oil companies, CentreInvest Soft has developed NEFRIT, a computerised budget planning system which is currently being introduced in several companies.═ This project highlights an excellent example of continued co-operation between CentreInvest Soft and its customers, who have been satisfied with the results of previous work.═ NEFRIT - is a software information modelling complex based on the company's financial model and designed to conduct financial and investment analyses of the company's operations.═

The Surgutneftegas oil company contracted CentreInvest Soft to develop a single tax accounting system for the company.═ The designed computerised information system RINAL enabled the client to computerise all routine tax calculations and to significantly increase the efficiency of the company's tax system.═

A strategic investment and budget planning system, along with matching software, was developed by CentreInvest for Biryusa Refrigerator Plant, as part of the company's large-scale restructuring project.═ Biryusa employees received extensive training in the use of the programme and in its application for financing and budgeting solutions.═

Stock market experts and programmers of CentreInvest Soft have developed SIRIUS: a share registration software system which provides brokers and dealers with remote access to shareholders▓ registers, thereby improving security and facilitating registration procedures.══ At present, SIRIUS is installed in a number of major oil companies and has already become both an irreplaceable OTC market tool and, together with the existing depository and on-line trading systems, a vital element in Russia's stock market infrastructure.═

Stock market experts and programmers of CentreInvest Soft have also developed a series of special financial software programs designed to optimise stock market and banking operations.═ Key software products have already been installed in Vneshtorgbank, Inkombank, Bank Imperial as well as in over 50 other banks and investment funds, and include the OPTIMUM-UNI, the REGINA and the ANALIT systems.═ The OPTIMUM-UNI system facilitates investment portfolio management covering a wide range of Russian financial instruments;═ it allows an investor to create and estimate optimum portfolio composition in accordance with the dates of current and future tenders.═ The REGINA system assists a firm in its stock market activities, and automates accounting operations with "GKOs" (Russian State Short-term Bonds) and "OFZs" (Federal Loan Bonds with various warrants).═ The ANALIT system facilitates technical analysis of stock market conditions. It calculates a set of standard indicators which characterise market conditions for a particular financial instrument or asset on the market.═ All these software products were developed in accordance with specific requirements set out by the client.═

To keep accurate records of securities transactions, a special software product called Stock-Office was engineered.═ From the beginning of the project, the software was designed to conform to the standards adopted by the Professional Association of Stock Market Participants (NAUFOR) and to the recommendations put forward by a leading international consultancy, Arthur D. Little.═

For Surgutneftegas, CentreInvest Soft has developed and introduced an administrative document turnover system: CIRCULAR.═ The system was designed using Microsoft's latest design tools to operate in the client-server environment and to ensure smooth document flow processing within the oil company.═

Computerised document turnover systems developed by CentreInvest Soft have also been installed in YUKOS and Unikombank.═

Commissioned by RosTEK, CentreInvest Soft designed and implemented a request-processing system operating in the WWW environment.═ Now the client can obtain daily information on the fuel and energy complex at the WWW server www.itek.ru.═

CentreInvest Soft devised a network information exchange system (running on Microsoft Exchange) for LUKoil.═ The system provides the capability for online exchange of documents throughout the company and incorporates the most advanced principles for large-scale electronic mail systems, such as the use of different protocols for message transfer, data coding and safety.═
