Upon receiving the form we will apply for the invitation letter on your behalf and when it is ready you can contact any Russian Consulate either by mail or in person. If you need a tourist visa you'll receive all required invitations from us. For business visas the Consulate will have appropriate documents ready, including a telex from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.═

To obtain your visa from the Russian Consulate you have to bring or send:═
A completed Consular Questionnaire (one per person).═

You can receive it from the Consulate General or from our visa service.═

The form can be photocopied. Faxed forms are not accepted.═

You should mention in your Questionnaire form and during the conversation with the consular officer that you were invited by CentreInvest BS and explain your business purposes: negotiations, consultations, commercial activity, etc.═

• A photocopy of relevant pages of your passport or any other travel document.═
• Three (3) recent identical passport size photos (they can be black-and-white or color, preferably on matte paper).
• Check or Money Order payable to the Russian Consulate for the Consular Fee.
• Stamped self addressed envelope or prepaid air bill, if processed visas are to be returned by mail.
• HIV Test (AIDS) Certificate for those applying a visa which is valid for more than 3 months.═

Attention: You are strongly advised to check your visa thoroughly. If there is a mistake you should ask for it to be amended. In case of any problems contact us immediately.═

Remember that changes or corrections to your visa cannot be made once you have entered Russia.
